I love a good subscription box. I’ve tried Ipsy, Boxycharm, Sephora Play (which has now been discontinued), and now FabFitFun. While I loved getting a box every month with those, there’s something very special about the seasonal boxes from FabFitFun. Besides containing more pricey items, they have things that you may never have thought to try yourself. For instance, I’ve gotten a French press in one of mine! I also appreciate that for some items, you can select what you want, with the other things remaining a surprise. I’ve also taken advantage of some of the add-ons they offer. You can find particularly good deals on certain things there.
This box is the Spring 2019 box. It came in the cutest packaging that you can bet I’m keeping and am going to figure out a way to reuse. Even the inside is cute!
The first thing I pulled out of the box was a gorgeous floral robe from Show Me Your Mumu (love the name). The material is soft and feels like great quality. The magazine insert says its value is $84.
The next item was a set of four copper measuring spoons from Giadzy, valued at $15. I was pleasantly surprised at how heavy these were. They feel like good quality, and they’re absolutely stunning.
Next was a pair of black aviator sunglasses from Quay Australia. I’d heard of Quay, but had never tried a pair of their sunglasses before. These fit well and feel like a good, sturdy pair. These are a $60 value.
A translucent setting powder from Ciate London was next. This is a loose powder from a brand I have never tried anything from, but am aware of. Everyone needs a good setting powder in their collection! This is valued at $22.
The next item I pulled out was a leave-in conditioner from Ouai priced at $26. This product serves to “smooth, soften, and detangle hair with moisturizing properties and enhanced heat protection.” I am the most low maintenance when it comes to my hair, so I’m very excited to try this!
Next was the Dr. Brandt No More Baggage Eye De-Puffing Gel, $42. This salmon-tinted gel is supposed to counteract dark circles and under-eye bags. New moms, this one’s for us!
The next item was an intriguing one. It’s a dry brush for the body. Basically, this brush is meant to be used on wet or dry skin as a means to exfoliate and stimulate circulation. I’ll definitely have to try this one! It’s value is $18.
The Manna Kadar Champagne Body Scrub, $24, was the last item. This scrub smelled AMAZING and looked like a nice, gritty body scrub. The jar was very heavy and luxurious feeling as well.
This season’s FabFitFun feels like a spa day in a box. There are so many pampering goodies and things to make your life feel a little more luxe, and I’m particularly excited about the robe, measuring spoons, and body scrub. Those items just feel especially luxurious to me. I love getting these boxes each season, and I look forward to the Summer 2019 box coming in a few months!
